Ileen passed away at Lanark Lodge, Perth, on Tuesday, January 28th, 2020 at the age of 88 years. She was predeceased by her parents Willard and Blanche (McCoy) Thurston, her brothers Everette, Glen, Kenneth, Ronald, Lindsay, Gerald, Gayle and her sister Marion Thurston. Loving mother of Donna (Corbett) Mooney, Gloria (Brian) Mckay and Candas Serwa-Price (Travis). Cherished grandmother of Dan, Temple, Kara, Tanya, Joey, Morgan, Brianna, Kyle, Tyler, Cory and great grandmother of Parker, Alex, Maya, Olivia, Sophie, Alexis, Cassidy, Kaylee, Trystan and Ayla.
Family and friends may join to remember Ileen’s life from 10:00 A.M. until 12 noon on Sunday, February 2nd, 2020 at the Blair & Son Family Centre, 15 Gore St. W. Perth with a sharing of memories at 10:00 A.M. Interment Hopetown Cemetery at a later date.
In remembrance of Ileen, contributions to the Alzheimers Society of Lanark County would be appreciated.
