Lofthouse, Frances Margaret (nee Brooks) 1923-2020
Frances Margaret Lofthouse, in her 97th year, passed away peacefully at the Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital on January 28, 2020. She was the cherished wife of Reginald Lofthouse and beloved mother of Brenda Giroux, San Marco, CA, Beverlae Buckland (Doug), Ottawa, ON, Barbara Drury (Greg) Ladner, B.C. Bonnie Raymond (Steve, deceased) Ottawa, ON, Joe Brady (Conni) Lower Sackville, N.S., John Brady (Cathy) Braeside, ON and Elizabeth Brady, Victoria, B.C. Frances (Nana) will be greatly missed by her eleven grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
Frances was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Mabel Brooks (Lavergne), her husband from her first marriage John Carl Brady, her three siblings Walter Brooks (Wanda), Evelyn Gillis (Harry) and Ruth Walker (Cecil).

Frances’ had three loves in her life - Reg, her family, and her Schnauzer dogs,
Fritz Sr. and Fritz Jr.
Many thanks to the Sunset Towers residents for their generosity and loving support. Thank you also to the medical staff at the Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital.
Internment and a celebration of her life is planned for the spring. Arrangements are in the care of Blair & Son Funeral Directors, Perth.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lanark Animal Welfare Society.
