Passed away peacefully at the Perth Hospital on Sunday, November 10th, 2019. Predeceased by her husband Allan Cunningham Soon. Missed by her family and friends. Funeral arrangements are private for the family, interment will be held at a later date in Woodbridge, Ontario. Arrangements are in the care of Blair & Son Funeral Directors, Perth.
