Norm passed away peacefully, in hospital, Kingston surrounded by his family on Thursday, October 10, 2019. Loving father of Teri (Carlin) Minshall and Trina (Tom) Turcotte and stepfather of Ginny (John) Findley. Adored grandfather of Shay and Cody and Samantha and Tabatha. Great grandfather of Brody, Liam, Alanna and Zoey. Sadly missed by his siblings Cathy, Keith, Ron, Kim and Carl. Predeceased by his parents. A Celebration of Norm’s life will be held on Sunday, October 20, 2019 from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Smiths Falls Civitan Hall.
