Obituary for Russell Patrick Sullivan
Sullivan, Russell "Russ" Patrick
Russ passed away in the Perth Hospital on Wednesday, October 9th, 2019 surrounded by his loving family at the age of 83 years. He was predeceased by his parents Michael and Geraldine (Bisonette) Sullivan. He was the loved husband for 64 years of Eva Jean (Hall) Sullivan. Russ was the cherished father of Sharlene Purdon (Jimmy Dawson), Kathy Sullivan Stewart (late Brian Stewart), Susan (Patrick) McNamara, Michael Sullivan, Patrick Sullivan (Samantha Bell) and Shane Sullivan (Chrissy Tones) and adored grandfather, great grandfather and great great grandfather of many. He was the brother of Janice (Ivan) Conroy, Wayne (Noreen) Sullivan, Terry Sullivan and the late David Sullivan (Lori Bulloch). He will be sadly missed by, all his family, the Hall family and many good friends. Russ was a long time member of the Knights of Columbus.
Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. West, Perth on Monday, October 14th, 2019 from 1:00 to 4:00 P.M. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. John's Church, 38 Wilson St. East, Perth on Tuesday at 11:30 A.M. followed by a reception at Farrell Hall. In remembrance of Russ, contributions to Lanark County Cancer Society Wheels of Hope or the St. John's Church would be appreciated.
