Condolence: We were very saddened to hear of Mary's (your mothers passing).I am the same age as Mary & in the same grade through elem.& high school. I called her every Christmas to chat. we did not hear of her death until to late. we would have attended her funeral had we had known. We send our sincere condolences and will miss her greatly.

Condolence: My condolences to Mary's family. She was my elementary teacher at Number 5 Logan township in Perth county in 1952/53. She was a wonderful teacher who took a great interest in her students. It may have been her first year as a teacher. She saw enough potential in me that I was able with her help to do grades 7&8 together. In my future education I never wanted to let Miss Stapleton's trust in me down. I expect that her many future students felt the same way.
