The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Alfred (Fred) Trigg can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

years with you 💓

Fred was my dear friend . Always coming in with a joke or comment to start conversation . No matter how the day went there were always smiles and laughter. As a psw its hard not have personal relationships with the residents and with Fred it was even harder as he acted more like a grandfather all the time too me . Over the years i got to know fred and his late wife helen . That was the kind of marriage i wanted . It was beautiful and ageless . Fred was a adoring husband and loving father .... he took pride in his family and ware he came from . Every morning i worked i would bring in tim hortons and help with the puzzle that had started. And as 5 years flew bye and jobs for me changed i still visited and things carried on as if i never left . Fred you were a wonderful man and selfishly i will miss all our time spent together . But the lord has called you home and Helen is waiting .I will miss you and a peice of my heart you have taken with you. May god bless you with love and eternal rest . And please know we all are so saddened bye your leaving but this is not goodbye simply see you later. xoxox love u always .
