After graduation in 1968 from University of Western Ontario, Stan became a third generation family member to operate the funeral home. Stan is married to Heather, and they have three sons, two of which have joined as fourth generation members. Since 1968 Stan has been actively involved in the operation of the funeral homes in Smiths Falls, Perth, and Lanark. Stan is an active member of the Perth Rotary Club and has served as an advisor on many area charitable organizations.

Stewart Blair, Licenced Director Email: stewart@blairandson.com Office Phone: (613) 267-3765 Fax: (613) 264-8195 Stewart joined the staff in 1965, working after and later in college. After graduation from Loyalist College in 1970, Stewart also joined as a third generation member. Stewart is married to Donna. In partnership with Stan, Stewart is also involved in the operation of the three locations. Stewart is currently an active member of the Smiths Falls Rotary Club. Stewart has also been instrumental in the creation of an annual Blair & Son golf tournament which raises money to assist physically challenged children attending Camp Merrywood on the Rideau.

Earlier, Stephen worked summers at the funeral home while attending high school in Smiths Falls, and later during his time at the University of Western Ontario. Following graduation at university Stephen entered the funeral service program, receiving his funeral license in 1998.  He has been quite involved in a number of Palliative Care initiatives in Lanark, Leeds and Grenville and is an active member of the Perth Jaycees service club which focuses on youth development in our communities. Scott Blair, Licenced Director Email: scott@blairandson.com Office Phone: (613) 267-3765 Fax: (613) 264-8195 Scott joined the firm in March of 2006 after a successful career as a licensed funeral director in Toronto. Earlier while attending Loyalist College, Scott spent summers working at the funeral home as a student. Following graduation from Loyalist College in 2000, Scott entered the funeral service program and graduated in 2002. After three successful years in Toronto, Scott has returned to his home area and family firm.

Dawn Rodger, Licenced Director Dawn joined the Blair & Son team in 2005.  She works on a part-time basis assisting families and helping our team in many capacities.  Dawn and her husband Brent have two children Delaney and Gabriele.  We are very pleased to have Dawn available when called upon to assist families in their time of need.
