Barth, Monique Ghislaine (nee Marion)
Passed away peacefully on September 13, 2019 at the Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital in Perth, Ontario, at the age of 78. Monique was born in Chelmsford, Ontario on May 3, 1941 and lived in Chapleau, Ontario for most of her life before moving to Perth. Beloved wife of the late Lorne “Ross” Barth. Predeceased by her parents Thomas and Jeanne Marion. Sister of the late Maurice, Rachel, Gerry “Dorice”, Ronald, John, and Andre. She will be sadly missed by her brother Gilles Marion and brother-in-law Bill Law. Loving mother of Ghislaine Walker (Bob), Don Lacroix (Terra), Francine Larocque (Dennis), and Angeline Castilloux (Brad). Cherished grandmother of James, Candace, Ashley, Cody, Heidi, Max, Shaelyn, and great grandmother to Cameron, Rylie, Mackenzie, Jordan, Michael and Andrew. She will be lovingly remembered as ‘Auntie Monique’ by several nieces and nephews.
A special thanks to her friend Susan for her compassion, support, and assistance. It is greatly appreciated. Monique was dedicated to her family and was always willing to lend a sympathetic ear and give any comfort and advice to those in need. She was loved by many.
