Condolences

Condolence From: Dianne Devitt
Condolence: My deepest sympathy to Andrew and Leah and all the family. Dixie was my third cousin, and we became good friends as teens at family reunions. Although we went our separate ways in our separate countries, after we became adults we got together along with my brother Bill every summer when we came up to Rideau Ferry. And then when Leah moved to New York, I got to see her a few extra times when she came here. She was such a kind, caring, smart, somewhat reserved but also fun and adventurous friend and cousin. I am exactly her age and horrified by this early death, but I know she went straight up!
She is missed by both my brother and me and will never be forgotten. We are so sorry for the entire extended family’s loss. Dianne Devitt
