So sorry to hear about your Mom. She was so lucky to have such a caring daughter close by while she lived at Orchard View. Lots of cottage memories to cherish at Otter Lake as well. RIP Joan.

Condolence: I was sorry to hear of Joan's passing. My sincere condolences to you all.
We had a lot of fun years ago up at the "hunt camp" where we walked miles of those beautiful roads and trails hunting for partridge. As well as fishing and camping on the Big Rideau Lake. Joan made the best dumplings and the very best butter tarts!
She was a good friend back then.

Condolence: Karen, Rob and families,
My deepest sympathy on the passing of your Mom.
Joan was a wonderful friend for many years and I have great memories of our times together on the golf course and at church functions...especially when Joan told me I didn’t know how to cut a pie!
May your special memories help you through this difficult time.

Condolence: To all of Joan's family:
Please accept our sincerest condolences on Joan's passing. We have very fond memories of Joan at Westminster Presbyterian Church. Special times working with her while preparing the food for our monthly church dinners. Lots of laughter for sure, especially in the pie room watching her trying to cut the large dessert cakes into equal size pieces.
Rest in peace, Joan. We truly miss you.
