Joyce passed away peacefully at the Kingston Health Sciences Centre, surrounded by family on October 9, 2017. Predeceased by her parents, Bernadette (Latendre) and Alphonse Clemens, sister-in-law Shirley, brother-in-law Paul and dear friend Ena Murphy. Joyce is lovingly remembered by brother Jim (Shirley) of Victoria, sisters Liz (Paul) Meraw of Belleville, Grace (Gerry) Langman of Deseronto and Arla (Patty) Whalen of Peterborough. She will be greatly missed by several dear friends including the Murphy family, many cousins, nieces and nephews. In keeping with Joyce's wishes there will be a private burial with no service. Funeral arrangements are in the care of Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, Brockville.
