McFarlane, J. Mansel
Peacefully at Lanark Lodge in Perth on Saturday, August 19th, 2017 John Mansel McFarlane at the age of 92 years. Mansel was the son of the late Harry and Hannah (Tullis) McFarlane. He was predeceased by his brothers Allan (Lila), Henry (Amy) Robert and Jim. Mansel will be fondly remembered by his sisters-in-law Myrtle and Carmel McFarlane, his good friend Isobel Gabie, one niece and eight nephews and their families. He was a former employee of the Bank of Nova Scotia and the Clerk/Treasurer of Drummond Township for 25 years. Friends and family are invited to pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St., West, Perth on Wednesday, August 23rd, 2017 from 1:00 to 1:45 P.M. The service will be held in the Chapel at 2:00 P.M. followed by a reception in the Blair & Son Family Centre. Interment Prestonvale Cemetery. In remembrance of Mansel, donations to the Prestonvale Cemetery would be appreciated.
