Obituary for Irene Moore (Williams)

Irene Moore (Williams)
Moore, J. Irene (nee Williams)
August 12, 1945 ~ August 19, 2017
I have been here with everyone for over 72 years. On Saturday, August 19, 2017 I arrived at my beautiful and final resting place. Survived by the love of my life and husband C. Earle Moore. As I have told you so many times “God must have spent a little more time on you.” Also survived by my brother John Williams, sister-in-law Mary Lura Williams and my sister Muriel Williams all of whom I loved dearly. Predeceased by my parents and my father-in-law the late Cecil Moore (Maxine Moore of Brockville) and my brother-in-law the late Doug Wright (Fran Wright of Brockville) and survived by brother-in-law David (Rena) Moore of Fort Nelson, BC. Step-mother to Rebecca Redvers, Lesley (Len) Clifford and Trevor Moore. Sadly missed by my nieces, Cynthia (David) Harrison, Christina (Brett) King, Alana and Corbin Moore, Kimberley (Forrest) Herbison and my nephew Jamie Wright, great-nieces Hailey and Kendra Harrison, Sydney King, Journey Herbison and Kate Wright and great-nephews Jaxon King and Carson Wright. Love you all. Now it’s time to brag as a grandmother about our three beautiful and loveable granddaughters Jordyn Redvers, Hailey and Ava Clifford. All involved in sports with Gram being very proud of each one of you. Love you, Love you, Love you. How many people have been chosen as grandparents? We were very fortunate and had Madison, Chelsea and Cameron MacDonald “adopt us”. Thanks to Donna and Wes for sharing their children. Imagine two more beautiful granddaughters and one handsome grandson. A very special thank you to Carolyn and Bud, Phyllis, D. W. and family, Marlene and Marilyn for their long term friendship and Felix for Marlene’s support. Family and friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 112 Beckwith St. N., Smiths Falls on Thursday, September 7, 2017 from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday, September 8, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Interment, Hillcrest Cemetery. For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to Wounded Warriors Canada 310 Byron St. Suite 4 Whitby, ON L1N 4P8 www.woundedwarriors.ca or the Beth Donovan Hospice 1107 French Settlement Rd., Kemptville, ON K0G 1J0 www.bethdonovanhospice.ca
