Bob passed away in the Perth hospital following a stroke on Sunday September 25th, 2016 at the age of 86 years. He was the beloved husband for 65 years to Georgina (Herbert) Clements and dear brother of Norma Burns and brother-in-law of Sue Herbert. Bob was predeceased by his parents Carman Clements and Bertha Monnery and in 1977 by his son Alan. He will be sadly missed by all his nieces and nephews including Traci and Tim, Danny and Eileen and Chris. Bob joined the Royal Canadian Navy in 1948, he subsequently joined the Royal Canadian Air Force retiring in 1980. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St., W., Perth on Tuesday September 27th, 2016 from 10:00 to 10:45 with service to follow in the chapel at 11:00 A.M. A reception in the Blair & Son Family Centre will be held immediately after the service, the interment will follow in Elmwood Cemetery. In remembrance, contributions to the Great War Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
