Condolence: Dave will be greatly missed by us all, I don't exactly remember when we became friends but around 45 years ago. Dave was a true friend and very caring individual. We took a road trip to the west coast and California in 1974 a true adventure. I'm sorry I was unable to make it to Dave's funeral.
