Passed away unexpectedly while visiting family for Mother’s Day, on Sunday, May 10, 2015 at the age of 86. Beloved wife and best friend of the late Edgar McLaren who predeceased Norma in 1986. Loving and devoted mother of Linda (Dan) Kirkham, Robert (Judy), Brian (Marilyn), Gary (Darlene) and John McLaren. Cherished grandmother of Stephanie, Jason, Krista, Heather, Brent, Morgan, MacKenzie, Mandy and Jennifer; and great-grandmother of Blade, Gage, Payten, Alexander, Braxton, Skyler, Makaela, James, Jacob, Gavin, Olivia, Mason and Logan. Norma was sadly predeceased by her grandson Andrew McLaren as well as her siblings Bert, Olive and Dorothy. She will be fondly remembered by her brothers Lorne (Georgette) and Gary (Barbara) McMillan as well as her many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. There will be a private family gathering and service at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, Perth at a later date, followed by a private interment at St. Stephen’s Cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to St. Stephen’s Church or Cemetery.
