The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Condolence: Sad to hear of Wayne's passing. Knew him when he was a young lad. He was always very happy and a joy to be around, always had a smile on his face. May he rest in peace. He used to come down to our mom's store on Hwy. 43, Perth, with his dog Tinker, just a short walk from where he lived (grew up).
