Wayne passed away peacefully in hospital, Smiths Falls
surrounded by the love of his family on Thursday, May 7, 2015 at the age of 66. Beloved partner and best friend of Donna Firlotte. Loved father of John (Tara) and Zachary (Sarah). Dear brother of John (Alice), Danner (Laura), Bonnie and the late Douglas Lackey. Sadly missed by
Donna’s family; Gladys and Carroll Bullock, Ron (Ruthie), Jeremy and Matthew Bullock, Carol-Ann (David) and Kyle Coleman, Kerri and Rory (the late Steve) Bullock, Sarah (Bill) Holla, Patrick Rathwell (Amanda Coughlin) and
Payton. Fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and many good friends. Special thanks to Bayshore Home Health especially Wayne’s nurse practitioner Alice Howarth, Dr. Jeanette Hamilton, the entire staff of 2nd floor Med Surg at the Smiths Falls Hospital and to Dr. James Villeneuve and his team at the Ottawa General Hospital. All of Wayne’s excellent care provided during his illness and the compassion and concern given to our family will always be remembered. Private family visitation and services will be held at the Blair & Son, Smiths Falls. Interment, Elmwood Cemetery, Perth at a later date. In memory of Wayne, donations to the Lung Association or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
